Wholesale Account Terms: Order Minimum: $100 plus freight | Order in Case Lots
Wholesale Requirements. Wholesale accounts are available for those who resell our wholesale catalog items. We require a copy of your business license or other documentation showing your federal tax ID number, as well as your reseller permit (if applicable). Once we receive your application, our team will send a follow-up request for these documents. McSteven’s reserves the right to cancel or revoke wholesale accounts.
Payment. For new customers all orders must be paid via credit card.
Ordering. Orders may be submitted via our wholesale website (password supplied upon approval), email, fax, or phone (Mon-Fri 9am to 4pm PST. We require item/SKU numbers and case quantities for an order to be placed.
Processing Time. We strive to ship all catalog item orders in timely manner, with in-house processing time averaging 1 to 3 business days. Should you need a larger order of a single item it may take longer.
Shipping. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground (charged to customer) to stores located in the contiguous USA. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii need to be shipped under the customer’s collect account via UPS or Fedex (you will need to supply us your collect shipping number). We do not ship small orders (under $1000) internationally.
Returns and Credits. Our boxes leave McSteven’s in new condition. If you receive a shipment that visibly shows smashed, scrunched, or damaged outsides of the large shipping boxes please snap some pictures and submit a claim to UPS. It is fast and easy and saves all of us valuable time. If there is no damage to your outside shipping boxes and you find damage to any of our items inside please contact us via email or phone to so we can gather info and take care of you.
