Returns
McSteven's offers a return or exchange policy for non-food items from our factory store, damaged items from any order, or any improperly fulfilled orders. Because of the nature of food products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on normal orders of our drink mixes and other food products.
- If your product is damaged we can provide you a refund or a replacement product.
- If your order is missing an item that you were charged for, we will make sure you receive the item you paid for, a comparable item, or a refund for that charge.
- If you received the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct product as long as the item is unopened and still in it's original packaging.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For damages we require photographs or in-person proof of damage.
